The QORU vision for public involvement

The QORU vision for PI is that it should become embedded throughout the Unit’s work and that the public should be involved at all points in the research process. It is hoped this will enable QORU to achieve a portfolio of high-quality research reflecting the priorities of the public whilst achieving the ultimate goal of ensuring improved health and social care. The public involved should also have a role in raising awareness and helping to improve understanding of the unit’s work, both within their own networks and communities and more widely.
